RULES
The event is sanctioned by the Traditional Department of the USAWKF (United States of America Wu Shu Kung Fu Federation) and will be using their official rules.

FORMS COMPETITION
This years divisions open to Traditional Kung Fu & Wu Shu.
All forms divisions are unified with Men & Women. See Divisions.
You may enter up to 5 forms including any style of: Traditional Kung Fu and Tai Chi with or without weapons. Registration includes 1 forms division, 1 sparring division and all the seminars on Saturday & Sunday. Additional divisions will cost $10 each.
Trophies, Medallions and Plaques will be awarded to top competitors and the judges will be made up of a local instructors.

LIGHT CONTACT CONTINUOUS SPARRING
* Participants must bring all their own gear & equipment including: Gloves, Foot Gear or Shin Pad with instep protector, Shin Pads (optional), Groin Protectors, Head Protector and Mouthpiece. Competitors will not be allowed to compete without full gear listed above. Traditional Sparring gloves or Boxing gloves 8oz-10oz. No full size boxing or MMA gloves allowed. Anyone deemed to be infringing on rules, making straight punches to the face or using excessive force will be disqualified by the discretion of the referee, judges and/or organizers.

Traditional Chinese Medicine & Integrative Health Fair
will be hosting seminars on Chinese Medicine and the relationship to the Martial Arts, Tai Chi and Medical Qi Gong. Guests can have a free tongue & pulse diagnosis from the Ft. Lauderdale based Acupuncture School, the ATLANTIC INSTITUTE OF ORIENTAL MEDICINE.
